Returns & Exchanges

The return window for online purchases is 30 days from the date of delivery. You can return or exchange your item* for no additional cost within the order details section in your account or by visiting one of our boutiques located in the shipping country.

If you placed your order through our Customer Care or in one of our boutiques, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Return or exchange your order

To proceed with your return/exchange, please enter the email address used for the purchase and the order number which can be found in the order confirmation email. Please note that all returns/exchanges must be made in the country of purchase.
