GENDER EQUALITY INDEX 2023

 

Diversity is a richness for Bottega Veneta. Our Maison is particularly committed to gender equality and the development of female talent in all its entities and at all levels of the organization.


The law of September 5, 2018 "For the freedom to choose one's professional future" and its implementing decree of January 8, 2019 set out the methods for evaluating practices in the workplace in order to eliminate the gender pay gap in the workplace.


In accordance with the legal stipulations, Bottega Veneta has assessed its practices in this area.


The index result for the year 2023 is 96/100 for Bottega Veneta France. Bottega Veneta will continue to take the necessary steps to maintain and improve all of these indicators as part of its commitment to gender equality and gender pay gap.
