EISENZAHN 1 BERLIN

Bottega Veneta's first residential collaboration, completed in 2015, Eisenzahn 1 is a project by Ralf Schmitz, one of the oldest family-run developers of high-quality residential properties in Germany.

THE ST. REGIS FLORENCE

Designed in the early 15th century as a palace for local nobility by Filippo Brunelleschi, the architect of the Duomo Santa Maria del Fiore, the building on the banks of the Arno that houses the St. Regis Florence was converted to a hotel in the mid-1800's.

THE ST. REGIS ROME

A storied landmark, the St. Regis Grand Hotel Rome was opened in 1894 by the renowned hotelier Cesar Ritz. In 2007, Tomas Maier designed a austerely luxe suite for the hotel. This was followed by suites at the St. Regis in New York and Florence.

THE PARK HYATT CHICAGO

Located on Michigan Avenue’s “Magnificent Mile”, Park Hyatt Chicago occupies the first 18 floors of the Park Tower building, designed by Lucien Lagrange Architects and completed in 2000. Tomas Maier created the Lake Suite on the hotel’s 17th floor, complete with cashmere throws and a curated selection of art books.
