BOTTEGA VENETA CELEBRATES FASHION’S NIGHT OUT 2011
To join in the global style celebration that is Fashion’s Night Out, Bottega Veneta offered a special pre-launch release of its new women’s moccasins, unveiled to the press during the Cruise 2011/2012 presentation in May. A total of 1000 pairs are being sold in select stores around the world during the fashion festivities. The shoes are available on a first-come, first-served basis on the designated September evening that each city celebrates Fashion’s Night Out.
The moccasin, a new style inspired by Bottega Veneta’s popular men’s driving shoes, has a slim silhouette and a gently rounded toe. It comes in seven distinctive colors: Fire, Pewter, Silt, Turquoise, Peridot, Espresso, and Dakar. Made of thick, supple spritz suede, the shoe features Bottega Veneta’s signature intrecciato on the front and a refined rubber sole. Crafted with attention to every detail, the moccasins are designed for effortless style and exceptional comfort.
Fashion’s Night Out is a global initiative conceived in part by Vogue magazine to support the fashion and retail industries. This year’s party, the third edition of the style- and star-studded event, is being held in different cities around the world, kicking off in Madrid on September 7th.
